Catriona Rowntree

Patron & Trustee

Catriona Rowntree is well-known as the presenter of the Nine Network's Getaway program. She studied journalism after working as a researcher with Business Review Weekly, 2GB and Prime Television. In 1991, she moved to FM radio as a newsreader and music and lifestyle program host, first in community radio and then with the ABC youth FM radio station, Triple J, for which she presented until 1996. In 1992, Catriona was hired as a researcher for the Nine Network's series Wonder World!, graduating to the position of reporter the following year and host in 1994. In that same year, while still working at Triple J, she also became host of the network's children's live entertainment show, What's Up Doc? Catriona went on to become the show's writer/producer.

In 1996 the Nine Network created the position of reporter for Catriona on Getaway, a travel series offering young people an interesting perspective on the world's fun travel destinations.

As well as the Patron, Catriona is also a Trustee of The Arnott's Foundation.

Craig Funnell

Vice President Supply Chain Asia Pacific, Campbell Arnott's

Craig Funnell joined Campbell Arnott’s as Vice President Supply Chain Asia Pacific in 2002, responsible for all Supply Chain activities across the Asia Pacific network, including seven manufacturing locations.

Previously, Craig was Group Director Operations at Goodman Fielder, where he was responsible for delivering significant productivity and procurement benefits across more than 100 manufacturing sites. Before that, he spent 18 years with Johnson & Johnson, including seven years in Shanghai and Hong Kong as Head of China Operations and Regional Director Manufacturing. He began his career as an electrical engineer with ICI Australia. A graduate of the University of New South Wales, Craig is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers Australia.

Craig has been a passionate advocate of The Arnott’s Foundation since it was first established, leading the charge for gaining support and engagement among the thousands of employees based across our Australian manufacturing sites. He was appointed to the Chair of the Foundation in 2011.

Mary Lemonis

HR Lead for International, Campbell Arnott's

Mary Lemonis commenced her HR career at Campbell Arnott’s over 13 years ago. Mary is a talented, commercially astute Human Resources leader with a wealth of local and international experience across all HR practice areas.

Prior to her current role as VP HR, Asia Pacific and International; Mary spent time in the role of Director, Global Organisational Effectiveness, based at World Headquarters. Mary then took on the role of Vice President HR Emerging Markets, working closely with the senior leadership teams in our emerging markets at the time, including Greater China.

Before joining Campbell in 2001, Mary, who has a bachelor’s degree in manufacturing from the University of Technology, Sydney, worked with international beverage company, Lion Nathan Limited, for six years.


Damien Stenmark

Chairman and Managing Director, The Stenmark Organisation Pty Ltd

Damien Stenmark is the Chairman and Managing Director of the Stenmark Organisation - a marketing, Television media sales, social media, and public relations organisation.

Damien has a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting with a co-major in Marketing from the University of Technology Sydney. He spent seven years at Channel 7 before establishing the Stenmark Organisation  in 1988. He was a Board member of Basketball Australia for two years and spent four years on the Board of the Australian Rugby Legends.

He founded Donate, the global not-for-profit online donation hub and has established various Foundations including the Sony Foundation Australia and conceived and was involved in implementing the Arnott’s Foundation. He and his team have raised over $10Million for various philanthropic organisations including hospitals, schools and charities.

Peter Moroney


Peter Moroney, FCPA retired from Campbell Arnott’s in 2011 after 45 years’ service. His senior roles over that period included Assistant Company Secretary of the former listed public company Arnott’s Limited and Corporate Treasurer of Campbell Arnott’s.

Until his retirement Peter had been associated with the administration of The Arnott’s Foundation since its inception, and was delighted to be invited to join the board in 2012.

Being a board member of the The Arnott's Foundation aligns with his focus of volunteering his skills to assist community service organisations.
